About these terms

These terms cover your use of echosocialstrat.com and the information published on it. If you use the site, you accept them.

What we do

Web design and development, and paid ad consulting: strategy, creative direction, production and management on Meta.

Our written agreements come first

Paid work runs on a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines and deliverables. If that agreement and this page ever disagree, the agreement wins.

The ninety day target, and what happens if we miss it

A paid advertising Sprint carries one written target, agreed with you before any work starts and recorded in your engagement agreement. The target is calculated from your own trailing eight weeks of backend data, not from an industry benchmark and not from platform reported return on ad spend. There is no single target that applies to every client, so no figure is published here.

If we do not hit that target by day ninety, we keep working at no further fee for up to ninety more days, until we do. If we still have not hit it at the end of that extension, you may end the engagement and owe us nothing beyond what has already been invoiced.

The guarantee depends on the conditions below, because they are the things that have to be true for the work to be a fair test. Your agreement sets them out in full, and in short they are: we get and keep access to the accounts within the agreed time; advertising spend is held at the agreed level with the agreed share reserved for testing; approvals and feedback come back inside the agreed window; product samples and access arrive by the agreed date; your offer, prices and site are not changed outside the plan without telling us; and the scheduled reviews are attended. If a platform restricts or disables your advertising account, the clock pauses until it is restored.

No other guarantees

The ninety day target above is the only performance guarantee we give, and it applies only to a Sprint that is running under an agreement containing one. Nothing else on this site is a promise or guarantee of specific revenue, lead volume, search rankings or advertising performance. That includes the free Hook Test, website builds, the audit and action plan, and any ongoing partnership after a Sprint ends. Outside the Sprint target, results depend on your market, your offer, your budget and platform decisions we do not control.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information, provide feedback and approvals in reasonable time, make sure you hold the rights to any material you send us, and use what we deliver lawfully.

Intellectual property

Once you have paid in full, the final deliverables we produced for you are yours. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how, and we may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless the engagement agreement says otherwise.

The text, design and imagery on this site were created for Echo Social Strategies. Do not copy or republish any of it without permission.

Third-party platforms

Meta, Calendly and our hosting provider operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for their decisions, including account restrictions, ad rejections, outages or policy changes.

Links that leave this site

The booking and Instagram links take you to sites run by other companies, which have their own terms and their own practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to the services is limited to the fees paid for the services concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or lost data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. The province and the courts that apply to paid work are named in that engagement’s written agreement.

If part of these terms cannot be enforced

The rest stays in force.
