Refund Policy

The scoping call is free
There is no charge to book or attend the first call, so there is nothing to refund for it.
Paid work follows its written agreement
Fees, deposits, milestones and refund terms are set out in the agreement you sign before work starts, and that agreement governs the engagement.
Deposits
Where we take a deposit, the part covering work we have not yet performed is refundable, unless your agreement says otherwise.
What is not refundable
Work already completed, and third-party costs already spent on your behalf: ad spend paid to the platforms, software licenses, and hosting fees.
Ending an engagement
Either of us can end an engagement by following the notice terms in the agreement. Payment is due for the work performed up to that point.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits the consumer rights you have under the law of your own jurisdiction.
